Description: Acting as the owner’s agent, I represented the
client in acquiring the property and successfully steered a
rezoning amendment through the Board of Supervisors (BOS)
to transition the site from two existing single-family homes to
a six-lot residential subdivision. The comprehensive project
scope involved negotiating complex development proffers,
securing offsite easement plats, and engineering the
complete Fairfax County site plan and subdivision plat for
construction.
The Parsonage Townhomes
Location: Occoquan, VA

Parcel Area: 0.50 Acres
Number of Lots: Five (5)
Description: Engineered and processed a comprehensive site
plan through the Town of Occoquan and VDOT municipal
permitting channels. The project scope featured detailed
road frontage improvements and strategic property
consolidation with a VDOT outlot to optimize site access,
drainage, and right-of-way compliance.
Upper Lake Jackson Subdivision
Location: Manassas, VA
Project Type: Residential
Parcel Area: 45 Acres
Description: Orchestrated the complex property acquisition
of 63 separate lots to successfully assemble a cohesive
45-acre parcel. Managed the comprehensive engineering and
municipal processing of the subdivision plat through Prince
William County, establishing the foundational layout for the
development.
