As the Principal and CEO of Land Development Consultants, Inc. (LDCI) since 1999, John Manganello brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in designing and leading project teams for both private and public land development ventures.
A Licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Maryland, John specializes in guiding landowners, developers, and builders through the complex, highly regulated processes of land use, development, and re-development across the Northern Virginia region.
